Dwayne serves as the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He also serves as Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is also a believer to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published numerous pieces online, and is an contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Change Lives With God's unchangeable truth.
